Louder Than a Bomb 2009 Finalists

Kuumba Lynx Slam Team wrote, performed, and competed with all original slam poems that addressed topics impacting Black and Brown youth livelihood such as the impacts of postcolonialism, gun violence, the school to prison pipeline, and more. The KL Slam Team was led by Jacinda Bullie and Jaquanda Villegas Saulter.
